Application form and procedure

All forms and instructions needed for the application to the E-URBS programme are provided as PDF and RTF documents for download. (No other form will be accepted!)
The application, including a completed application form, all requested documents and supporting information must be submitted by 31th of July 2006.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Download the application form         RTF

2. Fill in the application form and send it per e-mail to: application@e-urbs.net

Also send two identical sets of the completed form, and all requested supporting documents (unfolded, in a strong A4 envelope) to:

Receipt of the application will be personally confirmed by the E-urbs secretariat. An application can be considered as registered only on receipt of such a message.
