- Planning documents, in which you explicit what you have done so far, why you are attending this particular program, what are your professional goals and what are the best ways to use the program to achieve them. These documents are a frame for self-reflection and strategic planning that has been found to be very useful for student to deeply exploit the potential of a program for their personal and professional development.

- Every relevant document that you consider useful to keep, like report written or important paper read, but also constantly updated bibliographies and sitographies. This helps to organize and exploit materials that are commonly lost or kept inefficiently.
At the end of the course, you will be able to extract your digital portfolios from the platform (by transferring it into a CD or another platform) so that the archive becomes a usable and enrichable heritage provided by the program for your future professional development.
